As requested from a friend, here is the Yogurt Peanut butter dip my girls have been loving. Even though I can’t understand it, I guess I have overdone it on the peanut butter lately (I could never get tired of peanut butter). They dip apples and bananas in peanut butter, we have peanut butter and jelly, peanut butter and banana, peanut butter and honey sandwiches and on wraps. So… I mixed it up just enough to make it interesting again! They had this for a snack yesterday, and they had it for lunch today. But for lunch I spread the dip on a whole wheat tortilla and then put a banana on top and rolled it up. We call these banana roll ups.
- 1/2 c. Plain Whole Milk yogurt (yes, I use whole milk. It’s the least processed)
- 2 tbsp. natural Peanut butter (I used creamy but am sure chunky would work fine)
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Combine ingredients! That’s it!
