I make this often on the weekends because I am usually low on groceries but have these ingredients on hand. I have to use cow’s milk for my nut allergic son but both boys enjoy this smoothie and I like that they are getting more veggies in their day. This smoothie does not take the place of a meal for me but is a nice refreshing snack or side to my lunch.
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup almond mild (or milk of choice)
1/2 frozen dark sweet cherries
Mix all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and enjoy!
