For the last week we have been on vacation…and I have eaten and drank everything, without guilt! But now it is time to get real, which is hard to do! This Instant Apple Walnut Dessert is the perfect answer to my sweet cravings, which seems to be just about after every meal! I love dessert! This Instant Apple Walnut Dessert takes about ten minutes to make, I usually have the few ingredients in my fridge, it’s delicious, and it’s healthier than most dessert choices! This dessert satisfies my sweet craving with out all that sugar!
I made this for myself one night, but it can easily be made for two. If you choose to share your desserts! If I had any I definitely would have added a small scoop of vanilla ice cream, and if I wasn’t trying to get back on track with my healthy eating!

- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 apples, diced
- 2 tsp - 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla (vanilla makes all desserts taste better)
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 tbsp milk (optional but recomended)
- Handful of walnuts
- In a small sauce pan melt the coconut oil. Once the coconut oil is melted add the honey, salt, vanilla and apples. Let them cook for 8-10 minutes or when the apples get soft. Put the apples into a bowl and sprinkle with walnuts. Top with milk, ice cream or whatever you prefer.
